Slightly earthy flavor like the root, some varieties taste similarly to baby spinach. Broccoli has a deliciously tangy taste with a mild peppery aroma. They make a great garnish and addition to any salad. Broccoli microgreens are young seedlings of the broccoli plant, a Brassicaceae family member, which also include arugula, cabbage, and radish. The Brassicaceae microgreens are well known and valued for their cancer-fighting glycosylates and carotenoid phytochemicals. Broccoli is high in vitamins A, B, C, E, and K and contain macro-elements calcium, magnesium, and phosphorous and micro-elements iron, copper, and zinc.

Mild, tangy, citrusy flavor. It is high in fiber, and studies have shown that it helps slow down the rate of glucose absorption after a meal, making it a healthy choice for people with diabetes. Buckwheat is also high in manganese, magnesium, copper, and zinc, which are great for the immune system. It also contains all eight essential amino acids, including lysine, which plays a key role in collagen production and is not produced by the human body.

The red clover microgreen is a delicate green plant with a mild flavor, mild crunch, and big time nutrition. The red clover is recommended for relieving pain related to eczema and psoriasis, sores, burns, and aid against skin cancer. It is a source of many valuable vitamins (A, B-12, C, E and K), minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and silicon), and nutrients (niacin, thiamine, isoflavones).

CORN

Corn shoots are incredibly sweet and make a great garnish for salads or other dishes in which you want a sweet flavor. The flavor is so intensely sweet it has to be experienced to be understood. Corn shoots provide 4 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber in each serving which is roughly equal to 16% of the recommended daily vitamin. It also contains 100 milligrams of calcium per serving (10% DV).

Dill microgreens have an aromatic taste, with a hint of lemon and anise. It is often said to be grassy, but we would add that it has a lightly sweet, fresh, and reviving taste. They have the same intense flavor as the mature plant.

Numerous scientific studies have shown that Kale has the potential to lower bad cholesterol which can reduce the risk of heart disease. Southern Giant Mustard microgreens are another oriental mustard with a stronger mustard bite than other mustards. Makes a great choice for sandwiches or garnishes and is said to have several vitamins such as A, C, K and E.  Mustard microgreens is dense with protein, fiber, folate, calcium, and iron.
