As a whole food plant-based lifestyle coach, I normally don’t fall for the label “superfood,” but once I tried the Urban Eco Farms microgreens and sprouts I was hooked. I love the flavors (and Tommy remembers which ones I dislike) and the fact that samples are available to find what I like, love, and dislike, and it really is a great way to add delicious nutrients to my diet. I highly recommend Urban Eco Farms products and I can’t wait to try more in their ever expanding selection.
